The hotel has a great location right across the bus station, which makes it ideal for travelers. the rooms are clean with spacious bathrooms. the service is friendly and helpful to guests, and the breakfast is tasty. the facilities are adequate, including a good Wi-Fi connection, and the rooms have big windows for natural light.
The hotel has a problem with accommodating foreigners which caused inconvenience to one traveler who had to find another hotel at short notice.

The hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in.
The hotel was unable to fulfill the necessary requirements for accommodating foreigners, causing last-minute reservations and additional expenses. overall nothing went well during my stay.

I had a great time at this hotel. transportation was very convenient. Being located opposite a bus station just made it easy for me to explore this city. Moreover, the hotel facilities were excellent. The place was so clean, and it had a safe parking bay. Secondly, the staff was extremely professional; they made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, I enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast at the hotel every morning.

My Easter stay at a hotel was truly enjoyable! the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the free breakfast every morning, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. the hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the room, which was a great bonus. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
the hotel had some new regulations regarding foreign guests, which caused some confusion upon arrival.
